Next Steps
We will work at a pace that is right for you to develop self-awareness, consider unresolved issues and understand how experiences both in the past and present may affect your feelings today. Untangling feelings or memories which may at first appear complicated, upsetting or inaccessible can be explored to create a new way forward and lasting change.
Psychodynamic counselling considers what we defend against. For example, protecting ourselves from painful memories, traumatic events or anxious feelings. Left unseen these emotions often find a way to the surface causing frustrations and triggers that affect our everyday lives.
Is your body and mind communicating that all is not well?
